On Fathers Day, I hiked 5.39 miles up and back Bowman Fork Trail with my wife. The views were spectacular, though Minnie our dog needed to be carried part of the way down. Her poor little legs were shaking from the effort.

On Memorial Day, I hiked 7.41 miles up and back Thaynes Canyon Trail with my family. It was a steep incline the entire way up the canyon. Only I made it to the very top, but it was worth it. The sense of accomplishment was wonderful.
