Tonight is the In Memoriam of Anton Szandor LaVey (April 11, 1930 – October 29, 1997). Herr Doktor transformed human culture with his paradigm shattering formation of the Church of Satan on Walpurgisnacht, April 30, 1966 and his codifying of the religion of Satanism with The Satanic Bible in November 1969. I will be reading aloud his essay Law of the Trapezoid from The Devil’s Notebook with a brief discussion afterwards.
